Since the year 2000, ICO SYSTEM international coating GmbH has stood for bespoke, high-quality adhesive application systems with an outstanding price/performance ratio.

All of ICO SYSTEM’s units and machines are designed in-house and manufactured in our production facilities. Thanks to our internal design department, boasting cutting-edge 3D CAD software, electrical design, mechanical and electrical production and programming paired with our employees’ extensive experience, we are able to develop and realise individual, custom plants tailored to the customer’s requirements together with our clients.

Our task area encompasses both the development and realisation of new plants and the general overhaul of existing systems.

The ideal coating method for the process is selected in close cooperation between the customer and our experienced employees in order to ensure optimum interaction between the material, adhesive and plant.

Equipped with a coating plant, a roller coater, a drum melter (200 l/20 l), a tank unit and an extruder, our in-house research and development department enables us to pre-manufacture the subsequent product under realistic process conditions together with the customer in order to identify any problems early on and to incorporate possible improvements into the design.

Since plant component manufacturing and programming are carried out internally, we are also able to respond flexibly to changes and special requests at short notice.

Of course, it goes without saying that extensive preliminary acceptance at our premises and timely delivery are guaranteed.

The plant is then set up and put into operation on site at the customer’s premises by our specialised service technicians. We attach particular importance to comprehensive and intensive staff training, during which they are provided with all of the knowledge required to operate, clean and maintain the plant.
Our service team remains at your disposal with help and advice even after the plant has been put into service.

Technicians on-call around the clock in the event of problems, fast response times and speedy replacement part supply round off our services.
