Precise fixation of filter materials: hot melt extruders and bead application

When diverse filter systems are manufactured, filter webs are glued to the frame or the housing in order to support the material and fix it in position. Granulates are used in 90% of these cases, which is where our hot melt extruders come into play. Adhesive beads are then applied using small coating heads.

Hot melt extruders

We manufacture extruders with delivery rates of 3, 12 and 20 to 300 kg/hour with additional dosing pumps. These are especially suitable for the filter industry.
